All account registrations require age verification during the KYC process. Where kkkkk club becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated personal data deleted in accordance with kkkkk club's data disposal procedures, subject only to any legal retention obligations that apply to the period during which the data was held.
Some of kkkkk club's service providers and technology partners may process personal data on servers located outside the Philippines.
